How Custom Projects Work
You contact us concerning a need for a custom piece of furniture, interior architectural work, or other type of project, to perfectly compliment your space. We work with you to gather all the details as pertaining to materials/design aspects/dimensions and so on. Taking the details we've gathered we put together a set of 3D design renderings to be sure that we are on the exact same page as we go along. These renderings will usually either cement the design in place, or occasionally open a few questions or possible design improvements which we discuss together until the design is exactly what you want for your space. Once we have everything completely ironed out we estimate the project lead time, sign a project proposal/quote form, and take deposit. Your project is now locked into the schedule and we begin to gather materials and fabricate your custom piece to exact specifications. We have a 100% positive track record with our clients and offer our best design advice and craftsmanship levels to every single project. We Work in both Residential and Custom Commercial Fields and enjoy Spreading our range of Materials, Ability, and Design Concepts to all areas of the Design Build Process. CAUV Design is a Custom Furniture Designer and Maker who spent years crafting pieces and relationships in the Red Hook neighborhood of New York City in the Borough of Brooklyn.
In the early spring of 2022 CAUV Design moved production to a beautiful property in the Sullivan County Catskills. We will not only continue to work on bespoke projects in and around the greater NYC area but also bring a fresh perspective from our Catskills Workshop.
